Dr. Muhammad Abdul-Mageed publishes article on a deep learning model for de novo peptide sequencing

Congratulations to Associate Professor Muhammad Abdul-Mageed for co-authoring an article that has been published in Nature Communications! The article, “π-PrimeNovo: an accurate and efficient non-autoregressive deep learning model for de novo peptide sequencing” introduces π-PrimeNovo, a non-autoregressive Transformer-based model for peptide sequencing.
