Our research-intensive study environment gives our students access to international partnerships and competitive funding. In addition, our students have ready access to their professors and a large variety of work-based learning opportunities at local, national and international organizations.
We are one of a few schools in North America offering a stand-alone archival program. Our Master of Library and Information Studies is ALA-accredited, and our alums work at organizations across the globe.
Located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, we are a community of faculty members, practitioners, students, research and support staff, all working together to advance the study and practice of information.
