The Membership Development Committee (MDC) of the Canadian Association of Law Libraries is putting together a webinar specifically for students on the job hunt. We are looking for students’ burning questions about working in law libraries, building a resume, and/or interviewing tips. The Committee is putting together a panel of hiring managers who will address your questions during the webinar.
Please submit your questions to Erica Anderson (eanderson@ola.org), who will compile them for a final list of +/- 5 questions. If you have any suggestions about which places of work you’d like to see on the panel, let Erica know.
While you don’t need to be a CALL member to submit your questions, you do need to be a member to register for the webinar. CALL has recently reduced student membership to only $15, and we hope you are able to join us. Please also note that next year, CALL’s annual conference will be held in Vancouver, and there will be special pricing for students.
