As an archivist working in and managing special collections, a lot of my work is focused in collecting stories about the local communities, spaces, and places in which we live. I am deeply interested in identifying and enacting strategies to make archives and special collections welcoming, vibrant spaces for all types of users, especially those who have been historically excluded or harmed.
