About
Judith Saltman was a children’s librarian from 1970 to 1983 at the Toronto Public Library, the West Vancouver Memorial Library, the New Westminster Public Library, and the Vancouver Public Library. She taught at the iSchool from 1983 to 2016. Her areas of specialization include children’s literature, public library services for youth, and Canadian publishing and the book trade. She chaired the multidisciplinary Master of Arts in Children’s Literature Program for two decades.
