Patron-perpetrated sexual harassment (PPSH) is a serious yet under-acknowledged experience for many library workers, particularly for cisgender and transgender women, gender diverse people, and people of colour. This presentation explores how the feminized nature of library work (unevenly) influences library workers’ ability to complain, be heard, be believed, take action and resist sexual harassment within their institutions.
