All adjunct, sessional, and fulltime iSchool faculty members are invited to this year’s Adjunct-Sessional Faculty Orientation.
Facilitated by Dr. Tess Prendergast and Dr. Luanne Sinnamon, we will offer new and returning instructors a brief orientation to teaching at the iSchool, take a look at the new MLIS curriculum, and offer attendees an overview of the implications of generative AI (such as ChatGPT) on teaching and learning at UBC.
The goal of this session is to provide you with useful resources to inform your syllabus revisions that both support student learning and maintain academic integrity. We look forward to seeing you on August 1st at 5pm on Zoom!
