Counselling Services is the first point of contact for all of your mental health concerns, whether you would like to see a doctor, a counsellor, or get more information about mental health care at UBC and beyond.

Community and Healing: A 2STGD and Gender Questioning Support Group

This group is open to UBC Vancouver students who identify as Two-Spirit, trans, gender diverse, non-binary, genderqueer, and those who are exploring their unique gender identity.

Living Your Best Life with ADHD Group

For students residing in on-campus housing, this drop-in group uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help students with ADHD navigate studies, relationships, and campus life. ADHD diagnosis is not required.

8-week in-person group for students to learn and practice Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.
