The School of Information hosted a graduation mini-reception on Thursday, November 25, to celebrate the more than 30 iSchool students who graduated this Fall, including one PhD, 19 MLIS, 2 MAS, 6 DUAL, and 4 MACL students.
After the congregation ceremony, the graduates, their families and friends were invited to a reception in the iSchool Lounge, where they enjoyed some refreshments and received graduating gifts, portraits and flowers to celebrate this important achievement. We want to take this opportunity to thank Adjunct Professor Dr. Kathie Shoemaker for preparing such lovely and detailed decorations for this event!
The School was thrilled to be able to host this small in-person event again, after hosting several virtual graduation ceremonies in the past year and a half due to COVID-19 event restrictions. It was a very special moment for all of us at the iSchool!
Congratulations to all the graduates, we are all so proud of you, and we wish you the very best as you move forward on to the next chapter!
