iSchool presence at UBC Cybersecurity Summit



On Friday, May 11, UBC Engineering held a Cybersecurity Summit featuring research from UBC faculty and graduate students working in cybersecurity or related fields. More than 170 people attended the summit, which included presentations and posters.

PhD student Danielle Batista presented “A Million Ways to DAO: Identifying and Preventing Smart Contract Security Risks” and PhD students Darra Hofman, Alysha Joo and Danielle presented a poster on “Blockchain and Distributed Ledgers as Trusted Recordkeeping Systems An Archival Theoretic Evaluation Framework.”
